TEF Announces New Grant in Collaboration with TVEA

TEMECULA, CA – October 1, 2019 – The Temecula Education Foundation (TEF), in collaboration with the Temecula Valley Educators Association (TVEA), is proud to announce the new TEF-TVEA Educational Innovation Classroom Grant.  Through a generous donation of $1500 from TVEA, this joint effort will allow the immediate offering of two classroom grants of up to $750 each to TVEA educators in the Temecula Valley Unified School District (TVUSD). The TEF-TVEA collaboration is focused on supporting teacher-driven efforts to highlight creativity and classroom innovation in the arts and sciences. TEF grants provide support to TVUSD educators to help foster student creativity, drive academic achievement, develop community engagement, and culture environmental stewardship. By encouraging and promoting student-centered strength-based classroom initiatives, TEF and TVEA are working together to provide ongoing support of TVUSD academic excellence. Grant applications are now available at the Temecula Education Foundation website: Finalists will be announced after the November 1st grant application deadline.
